Meet Your Facilitator
Hi, I’m Rhency!
Welcome to Designing Happy Workplaces — where we
don’t just talk about change, we bring it to life.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked across Asia and the Middle
East helping organisations put people back at the centre of
work — from airlines and government, to luxury retail and
fast-growing teams.
My background spans leadership, wellbeing, engagement, and employee experience design — and everything you’ll learn in this program is shaped by real-world practice, not theory.
Designing Happy Workplaces isn’t just a course — it’s a guided journey. You’ll see my thinking, tools and frameworks woven throughout your learning — and you’ll also connect with me live in our community calls, where we turn insight into practical action together.
If you believe work can be more human, more meaningful, and genuinely happier — you’re in exactly the right place. I can’t wait to learn, reflect and build with you!
