Deep Dive:
Your Weekly Learning Journey

This program is designed to fit real life.

While you can complete the content in around one month, most learners prefer to take the journey over three months — working through the modules at their own pace alongside their schedule and existing commitments.

Throughout the journey, you’ll also join live community calls with Rhency for mentoring and coaching, where you can ask anything about the program or how you’re applying the tools in your real-world work.

Session 1 | Designing a Listening Strategy

Build the foundations of an employee listening culture by designing a holistic, multi-channel approach to
gathering feedback and turning insights into meaningful action.

Quiz: Are You Really Listening?

Real Task: Audit your organisation’s current employee listening practices, identify gaps, and redesign a
multi-channel listening strategy that creates actionable insights and improves key “moments that matter.”

Toolkits & Templates: Listening strategy templates, survey samples, listening calendar, communication
scripts

Session 2 | Designing a Holistic Wellbeing Programme

Explore the pillars of holistic wellbeing and learn how to embed practical, sustainable wellbeing initiatives
into everyday work and culture.

Quiz: Wellbeing — It’s More Than a Fruit Bowl

Real Task: Assess wellbeing needs across the five pillars, redesign or enhance your wellbeing programme
to address gaps, and align it with measurable outcomes and organisational goals.

Toolkits & Templates: Wellbeing diagnostic tools, wellbeing calendar, programme builder, survey
templates

Community Call with Rhency: Live mentoring and coaching focused on building practical, people-first
wellbeing initiatives

genuinely motivating for your people.

values-aligned recognition framework with a clear rollout plan.

Toolkits & Templates: Recognition framework builder, communication scripts, programme ideas, rollout checklist

Session 4 | Designing Great Lifecycle Touchpoint Experiences

Understand the full employee lifecycle and learn how to redesign key touchpoints — from onboarding to
exit — to create memorable, engaging experiences.

Meet Your Facilitator

Hi, I’m Rhency!

Welcome to Designing Happy Workplaces — where we
don’t just talk about change, we bring it to life.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked across Asia and the Middle
East helping organisations put people back at the centre of
work — from airlines and government, to luxury retail and
fast-growing teams.

My background spans leadership, wellbeing, engagement, and employee experience design — and everything you’ll learn in this program is shaped by real-world practice, not theory.

Designing Happy Workplaces isn’t just a course — it’s a guided journey. You’ll see my thinking, tools and frameworks woven throughout your learning — and you’ll also connect with me live in our community calls, where we turn insight into practical action together.

If you believe work can be more human, more meaningful, and genuinely happier — you’re in exactly the right place. I can’t wait to learn, reflect and build with you!
