The Project

The Challenge:
The client’s nature of work often led to fragmented teams working on different projects, making it difficult to bring the team together at any given time. As the year approached its end, there was a growing desire to hold an engaging event that would unite employees, strengthen relationships, and end the year on a high.

The Solution:
The construction company recognized the need for an engaging team building event and partnered with Perky People to design and execute a memorable team away day experience.

Details of Action Taken:

  • Collaboration: Perky People collaborated closely with the client to develop a customized team building event based in a desert camp, to super charge the moral and take the engagement of the team to the next level. Perky People brought expertise in designing activities that promote collaboration, creativity and collective problem solving.
  • Designing engaging activities: Perky People designed a series of physical challenges and interactive activities aimed at promoting teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills among participants. These activities were carefully curated to be both fun and meaningful, ensuring maximum engagement from all participants.
  • Execution: On the day of the event, employees gathered at a designated venue where they were greeted by the Perky People team and introduced to the various activities planned for the day. Teams were formed, and participants enthusiastically took part in challenges that included icebreakers, getting-to-know-you activities, and physical challenges.

The Results:
People were engaged and very happy about the team building event. The CEO of the company even said that it was their best team way day they’ve ever had. The participants were very happy about the activity. To this day, people are still talking about the event according to their HR Director. It did not only provided a fun and memorable experience for employees but also helped in strengthening relationships, promoting collaboration, and ending the year on a positive note.
